**Terms and Conditions**
The online store operating at: www.wayfair-design.com. We are reachable via the contact form on our website for any official or customer communication.
§ 1 General Provisions
**Definitions**
- **Terms & Conditions** – this document.
- **Customer** – any natural person, legal entity, or organisation placing an Order in our store.
- **Consumer** – a natural person buying for purposes outside their business or profession.
- **Product / Good** – any item offered in the Wayfair Design store.
- **Sales Contract** – the agreement concluded between you and Wayfair Design via the website.
- **Online Store** – the service available at www.wayfair-design.com.
- **Order** – your clear declaration of will to purchase specific Products.
Our goal is simple: to offer beautiful, high-quality furniture and décor at accessible prices (often up to 60% below traditional retail), with free worldwide shipping on qualifying orders. You can browse freely. Placing an order is possible with or without creating an account.
Every customer is kindly asked to read these Terms and Conditions before purchasing.
§ 2 Technical Requirements
To shop comfortably you’ll need:
- A stable internet connection
- A modern browser
- An active email address
- Cookies and JavaScript enabled
If your setup differs, the store should still work, but we can’t guarantee the smoothest experience.
We only allow lawful content. Reviews must come from real buyers — we verify purchases before enabling the review form.

§ 3 Content & Community Guidelines
We love hearing from you, but please keep posts relevant, respectful, and original. Prohibited content includes:
- Unlawful, hateful, violent, or defamatory material
- Spam, ads, or off-topic promotions
- Duplicate posts or technical questions (those go to our support team)
We moderate when needed and may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these rules. If you see something inappropriate, let us know via the contact form — we review reports within 14 days.
§ 4 Registration & Account
Creating an account is free and optional. You get faster checkout, order tracking, and easier returns.
You can also shop as a guest — just fill in the necessary details at checkout.
To delete your account, contact us via the form (we can’t delete it while an order is still processing).
§ 5 Ordering
All prices and product information are invitations to buy. When you click “Pay Now”, you’re making an offer — we accept it by sending you an order confirmation email.
Before finalising, you’ll see the total (including VAT where applicable), delivery options, and estimated shipping time. We automatically show the right currency based on your location.
We accept orders while stock lasts. You’ll be informed of any limits on the product page.
§ 6 Prices & Payment
Prices shown include VAT (where applicable) and are final at the moment you place the order. Delivery costs are shown clearly before you pay and depend on your chosen method and location.
We offer secure payment options including:
- Credit / debit cards (via Shopify Payments)
- PayPal
- Klarna (deferred payments)
- Apple Pay / Google Pay / Shop Pay (where available)
- Local methods (iDEAL, Bancontact, Sofort, etc.)
If payment isn’t received within 14 days, the order is automatically cancelled. We’ll send a friendly reminder after 3 business days.
Orders are processed within 30 days max, usually much faster.
§ 7 Warranty & Complaints
We stand behind every piece. All products come with a 2-year warranty for conformity with the contract.
If something arrives damaged or faulty, contact us right away (ideally with photos). We’ll aim to repair or replace it quickly. If that’s not possible, you can request a price reduction or full refund.
For Consumers and those with consumer rights, we cover return shipping on valid warranty claims. We don’t accept cash-on-delivery returns.
§ 8 Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-off Period)
If you’re a Consumer, you have 14 days from receiving your order to change your mind — no reason needed.
Just let us know via the contact form or in writing. Return the items in original, unused condition (normal inspection is fine, heavy use may reduce the refund).
We’ll refund you (including original delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods — or earlier if you provide proof of return.
**Exceptions**: Custom-made items, personalised products, or goods that become inseparably mixed after delivery are non-returnable.
§ 9 Privacy & Data Protection

§ 10 Intellectual Property
All photos, descriptions, designs, and content on Wayfair Design are protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission.
§ 11 Final Provisions
These Terms are governed by the law of the country of our registration, but nothing here limits your mandatory consumer rights under the law of your residence country.
We may update these Terms occasionally. Registered customers will be notified by email. Orders placed before changes take effect follow the old rules.
